Kaya Sync is a real-time, AI-driven logistics orchestration platform built for informal transport operators, tricycles, motorcycles, and small trucks operating in low-connectivity environments.

Purpose

The platform solves three core problems in informal logistics:

1. No chain-of-custody, cargo changes hands with no verified record, leading to disputes and losses
2. Manual settlement, operators wait days for payment with no transparency
3. Wasted capacity, vehicles run underloaded with no coordination layer

How It Works

1. An Originator creates an order and captures a video scan of the cargo at origin
2. An Operator accepts the order and transports the cargo
3. At each handoff, both the outgoing and incoming operators perform a dual video scan to transfer custody
4. The AI Integrity Engine assesses each scan for anomalies and flags issues
5. On successful delivery, Settlement is triggered automatically based on verified custody milestones
